Okay internet people, how do I convince other engineers that things like "automation" and "not deploying by SSHing into a snowflake machine in prod and `git pull`ing" and, like, tests, and transparency... are all good things?
@zacanger do they have to deal with the pain when that inevitably fails? If not, then it's an uphill battle
@andys Some folks do, some don't. Maybe pushing towards more of a "you own your code's failures" culture might help
